Level 1+ Tumble

Level 1+ will focus on balance, body control, flexibility, basic beginner tumbling skills, working as a group in a class/coach setting. Tumblers must already have their forward roll, bridge and cartwheel. This class tumbling will be focusing on backbends, kick overs and walkovers skills.
