I understand that tuition of $150 is due the 1st of each month and if not paid on time, I understand that my spot on the team can be forfeited.

I understand that practices are closed, and I will not interrupt class instruction or "sideline coach". I will show respect to coaches and other participants. I will bring all concerns to the coach or management privately in a respectful manner.
